Slurry Pump Spare Parts
The stuffing box is installed at the shaft seal section of the slurry pump, located at the connection between the pump body and the pump shaft. Its primary function is to prevent slurry leakage along the shaft, provide effective sealing protection, and ensure stable and reliable pump operation under abrasive slurry conditions.
The slurry pump piston ring is a critical sealing component installed in the bearing assembly of slurry pumps. Its function is to form a labyrinth seal together with the labyrinth, preventing dust, moisture, and slurry contaminants from entering the bearing chamber. This ensures clean lubrication, longer bearing life, and stable pump operation.

Froth handling can be quite frustrating in some applications, and the froth inducer blade impeller solves this problem. Another benefit of a froth pump impellers design and oversized pump inlet is that it raises the solids concentration limits that a common centrifugal pump can handle.
